Dioecious Perennial with thick multiheaded rhizome; stems 5-
Leaves: leaves oblong, pinnately dissected, with very small obtuse lobes, densely and finely grey hairy.
Inflorescence: umbels of 2-
Fruit: rostrum c 2 cm.
Distribution: endemic to Azerbaizan; Baku; rocks in the subalpine belt.
